About JP

Johannes Paul (JP) is a diverse and experienced international manager, coach, and mentor. He holds a degree in International Business Administration, with a focus on Innovation Management and International Management, from the University of Vienna.

 JP is also a certified Meditation Trainer, and Personal Life Coach, with years of experience in guiding individuals towards achieving their personal and professional goals.

 His professional experience includes working with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) on sustainable energy and circular economy projects in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. He also has experience in the financing, agriculture, construction, real estate, retail and pharmaceutical industry.

 As a passionate entrepreneur, JP has co-founded several start-ups, including Agrobiogel, Green Legacy, and LightGlass. The innovative work has been recognized with awards such as the European Innovation Council Award.

JP's approach to coaching and management is based on awareness-raising methods, including multicultural and non-violent communication, as well as exercises for shifts in consciousness. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and German.
